Abstract

Overview

This study aims to explore the relationship between various types of electromagnetic radiations and Alzheimer's disease (AD).

Methodology

  • Analysis of 46 significant articles related to electromagnetic radiations such as extremely low-frequency magnetic field (ELF-MF), radiofrequency (RF) radiation, and ionizing radiation.

Findings

The investigation reveals contradictory results regarding the relationship between AD and electromagnetic fields:

  • Many researchers suggest electromagnetic radiation may facilitate the development of AD.
  • Conversely, some studies propose RF radiation could positively impact the disease.

Conclusion

Given the mixed findings, there is a need for further detailed studies to understand the effects of electromagnetic radiations on Alzheimer's disease thoroughly.
