You won’t believe how incredible this story is. I’d recently undergone surgery for bladder cancer. Prior to the surgery, scans had clearly identified additional tumors—one in my thyroid and another in my chest. After a brief period of healing from the bladder procedure, we planned to begin addressing these other cancers.
Then something extraordinary happened. Shortly before and just after my surgery, two different people from entirely separate parts of the country—people I had never met before—reached out to me unexpectedly. Both felt strongly compelled by faith to contact me. One of them, named Michael, even prophesied that the other cancers wouldn’t be found, despite the fact that we had images to prove they were there.
Michael had also done something unusual; about a week before my surgery, he sent me exactly $50. He specifically mentioned during our phone call afterward that he couldn’t explain why the Lord had told him it had to be exactly $50. Another gentleman, a customer I had been assisting without charge, had also sent exactly $50 around the same period, just about a week prior. When I realized that two people independently and inexplicably sent precisely $50, I was amazed—it was unprecedented. Nobody had ever sent money like that before, especially under such mysterious circumstances.
When it came time for follow-up scans, doctors were stunned to discover that the tumors previously visible in my thyroid and chest were completely undetectable. They had simply vanished.
It’s important to emphasize that no medical or other interventions occurred during this time. The only noticeable change was that, feeling my time might be limited, I pushed myself even harder than usual, running on almost no sleep and becoming incredibly run down. Yet, despite this exhaustion, I continued working tirelessly, guided by the conviction that I was on a mission from the Lord.
Throughout my life, I’ve faced significant challenges. I lost a kidney when I was just seven years old, back in 1977, and I experienced the heartbreaking loss of my firstborn daughter in 1995. These losses remind me how fragile life can be and that, ultimately, true healing and the source of life come from God alone. No matter how knowledgeable or capable we think we are, our health and energy are always in God’s hands.
These events—the mysterious disappearance of the tumors, the prophetic messages, and the unexplained financial gestures—deeply reinforced something I’ve always believed: miracles truly happen. I’m still not entirely out of the woods yet, but this experience has profoundly strengthened my resolve and shown me firsthand the remarkable, mysterious ways life can unfold when your path is laid out for you by the Lord.
