March 12 – The Australian Glioma “No Risk” Study (BMJ Open) Lead author: Ken Karipidis – current ICNIRP Vice-Chair. Co-author: Sarah P. Loughran – ICNIRP Scientific Expert Group member.
They used crude job-exposure matrices on occupational data. No direct measurements. No pulsed, modulated, head-pressed cell-phone exposure that our children actually receive. Of course they found “no association.” This is the same echo chamber that always finds nothing when they deliberately avoid the real-world upstream mechanisms (S4 voltage-sensor disruption, calcium mis-timing, mitochondrial ROS loops, radical-pair spin chemistry).
This week – The Direct Attack on Mevissen 2025 (Environment International) Title: “Commentary on the systematic review of radiofrequency field exposure and animal cancer by Mevissen et al. (2025) – Revisiting the evidence and a quantitative perspective” Authors: Dan Baaken (ICNIRP Scientific Secretary and Board member), Jens Kuhne (ICNIRP Main Commission), Felix Meyer (ICNIRP Collaboration Group), and Dimitri Belenki.
All tied to the same BfS/ICNIRP headquarters in Germany. Mevissen et al. (WHO-commissioned) found high certainty of malignant heart schwannomas and gliomas in male rats — the exact NTP findings. These ICNIRP insiders downgraded it to “moderate” and “low” certainty using every methodological trick in the book: cherry-picking studies, ignoring dose-response, inflating imprecision.
This isn’t peer review. This is the guideline writers reviewing evidence that threatens the guidelines they wrote.
March 15 (today) – The Melnick/Moskowitz Bombshell (Environmental Health) “Exposure limits to radiofrequency EMF do not account for cancer risk or reproductive toxicity assessed from data in experimental animals” by Ronald L. Melnick (former NTP lead) and Joel Moskowitz.
They ran the actual numbers: current FCC/ICNIRP public limits are 200–211 times too high to protect against realistic cancer risk from cell-phone-level exposures and 8–24 times too high for male fertility damage.
The animal data (NTP, Ramazzini, Mevissen) is clear. The limits ignore it. ICNIRP’s entire “thermal-only” house of cards just got torched.
This Is Not an “Independent Scientific Body” — It’s Institutional Capture on Steroids
ICNIRP is a tiny, self-perpetuating German NGO headquartered at BfS (Germany’s Federal Office for Radiation Protection). Its members:
- Write the guidelines that every major government (including the US FCC until the courts smacked them down) copies verbatim.
- Sit on every WHO RF task group and review panel.
- Systematically exclude or downgrade non-thermal studies (NTP, Ramazzini, Panagopoulos, Pall, Hore, Levin).
