Abstract

Overview

The current belief that radio frequencies merely cause minor thermal effects is contradicted by evidence showing non-ionising radiation as harmful at even low power densities. This study reevaluates the safety standards and exposure limits against new experimental findings.

Findings

  • Challenged long-standing views on radiofrequency radiation limits which are 100-fold lower than Sun emissions across the spectrum.
  • Highlighted significant differences between man-made and natural electromagnetic radiation (EMR).
  • Described the interaction between man-made and natural EMR with biological matter.
  • Introduced concerns regarding "ionising-like" effects of man-made microwave radiation on biological tissues.

Conclusion

The article suggests reconsidering radiation exposure limits in light of new theoretical and experimental studies showing serious biological effects at lower-than-regulated power density levels.
