Artificial EMG (electromyogram) by WLAN exposure
Abstract
Overview
WLAN (wireless local area network) technology is a globally employed communication method which inherently involves exposure to electromagnetic fields. This study re-evaluates the safety assessments of such exposures.
Findings
- Contrary to the ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) safety guidelines, which state that low-energy electromagnetic fields do not cause biological effects, significant artificial signals were detected in the nervous system tied to WLAN exposure.
Conclusion
This research challenges existing safety standards and underscores the potential health risks from electromagnetic fields associated with everyday wireless technology usage.
