The Case for Truth

Products can help you use tech more safely — policy fixes the problem.

A well-engineered case reduces near-body exposure by enforcing correct orientation and better habits. It cannot repair a system held to heat-only, 1996-era limits, preempted local voices, and stalled federal obligations. We fight to update the rules and pivot indoor connectivity to light — while helping you protect your family today.

No percentage claims. Real-life reduction = orientation + antenna behavior + duty cycle.

First Principles of Radiation Protection

One discipline — from usage to policy to technology

Radiation protection starts from first principles. If you understand why the QuantaCase® exists, you’ll know how to use it correctly, which policies must change, and what technologies to prefer indoors. Today there’s a grave mismatch between the state of science and the state of policy. The fix is a focused roadmap we call the Clean Ether Act.

Pillar 1 — Usage (right now)

Protect the person, not the phone

  • Orientation: hold/carry with the shield between you and the phone.
  • Antenna integrity: no magnets, loops, or plates; avoid detuning and power ramp-ups.
  • Continuity at the ear: no large unshielded ear-side aperture.
  • Duty-cycle discipline: distance, disable radios you don’t need, airplane mode at night.
  • Verification: ohmmeter-checkable shield path.
Pillar 2 — Policy (the rules)

Clean Ether Act — the three mandates

  • 1
Repeal §704 (TCA 1996): restore local rights to weigh health in siting.
  • 2
Enforce Public Law 90-602: HHS must run a public electronic-product radiation program (research & public information).
  • 3
Mandate Li-Fi indoors: move high-bandwidth indoor payloads to light so classrooms and bedrooms aren’t saturated by microwaves.
Pillar 3 — Technology (the design)

Light-First indoors, antenna-aware accessories

  • Li-Fi/optical first indoors: classroom, clinic, bedroom. Keep microwaves for mobility, not where children rest.
  • Network hygiene: prefer wired/optical by default; use RF only as needed.
  • Accessory truth: no percentage promises; teach orientation and verify shielding.
QuantaCase® = Instructor

Built to teach — by design

  • A
Exposes what others got wrong: magnets, plates, and ear-side gaps are red flags.
  • B
Trains correct behavior: physically enforces shield-between-you-and-phone orientation.
  • C
Verifies the shield: ohmmeter continuity points.
  • D
Connects to policy: once you see how orientation alters dose, you see why a heat-only number isn’t protection.
Science ↔ Policy mismatch

Why we must act now

Guidelines are thermal; biology is electrical. Real-world pulsed/modulated signals mis-time ion channels (forced oscillation of VGICs), spiking ROS — a core driver of disease. The federal standard ignores that pathway; the court already remanded the FCC to address biology; HHS has a statutory duty to run a radiation program. So we move the policy, now.

Read this first

Plain-English Proof — how we know change is overdue

1) The current guidelines were never proven biologically safe. U.S. limits were engineered in the 1990s to prevent heating (SAR), not to protect living systems from the electrical effects of pulsed, modulated signals that run day and night. They do not account for simultaneous radios (Wi-Fi + cellular + Bluetooth), real-world duty cycle, poor-signal power ramps, or children’s physiology. You can comply with the number and still overload biology. That is not protection; it’s an artifact of testing.

2) They already lost in court. In 2021, the D.C. Circuit ruled the FCC’s decision to keep 1996 limits “arbitrary and capricious” for failing to address non-thermal effects and children, and remanded it. A federal court told the agency to redo its homework with modern biology on the table. The public is still waiting.

3) The preponderance of research points to biological risk. The strongest, most consistent signal is oxidative stress (OS) at non-thermal intensities, across animals, cells, and models — reported by a large majority of RF studies. That’s what preponderance of the evidence looks like, and it lines up with a mechanistic pathway we already understand.

The mechanism: why pulsed signals matter more than a heat number

Ion-channel forced oscillation (IFO-VGIC). Real-world wireless signals are pulsed and modulated. Those envelopes nudge voltage-gated ion channels (especially Ca²⁺ and Na⁺) off tempo — an electrical timing error, not a heat rise. Mistimed Ca²⁺ spikes drive mitochondria and membrane enzymes to overproduce reactive-oxygen species (ROS). ROS is the universal amplifier of pathology: where oxidative stress fuels disease — plaque formation, DNA breaks, neuro-inflammation, immune mis-cues — extra ROS accelerates it. That’s why risk signals appear across systems and why a thermal metric cannot adjudicate electrical harm.

Mechanism — Real Signals, Real Biology

Pulsed / Modulated RF → Ion-Channel Mistiming → ROS

  • A
    Pulsed/modulated envelopes force-oscillate voltage-gated ion channels (Ca²⁺/Na⁺), mis-timing cellular currents.
  • B
Mistiming spikes ROS via mitochondrial and membrane redox enzymes (NOX/NOS).
  • C
ROS amplifies disease wherever oxidative stress is etiological — plaques, DNA breaks, neuro-inflammation, immune mis-cues.
Evidence — Oxidative Stress

Preponderance of non-thermal OS findings

  • 93/100 RF studies positive for oxidative effects (earlier synthesis).
  • ~124/131 (≈95%) positive at non-thermal intensities (updated synthesis).
  • WHO SRs: strongest certainty for heart schwannomas; moderate for gliomas; male fertility SR shows adverse signals (corrigendum 2025).

Ohmmeter verification — proof you can touch

  1. Set any basic ohmmeter to continuity (beep) mode.
  2. Touch one lead to the access point near the ear-side aperture inside the front cover.
  3. Touch the other lead to a second point on the shield layer.
  4. Continuity = a real conductive shield path.

What a good case can — and cannot — do

Help you place the shield correctly between body & phone during calls and carry.
Avoid antenna mistakes (no magnets/loops/plates, no over-thick builds).
Reduce duty cycle by habit (distance, airplane mode at night, disable radios).

It won’t fix policy — accessories don’t replace modern standards & oversight.

Products are training wheels. Policy is the solution.

Act now: enforce Public Law 90-602, complete the FCC court remand, and restore local rights by repealing §704. Pilot Li-Fi (IEEE 802.11bb) indoors.

Quick answers

Does it “block 99%”?

No slogans. Real exposure depends on orientation, antenna behavior, and duty cycle — not a fabric number.

Why avoid magnets/loops/plates?

They can detune antennas; phones raise power to hold the link — the opposite of safety.

Is TruthCase™ the same as QuantaCase®?

Yes — antenna-aware, ohmmeter-verifiable, usage-guided.

What about kids?

Distance (speaker/wired), avoid pockets, shorter on-head calls, no nightstand phones.
