WIRELESS RADIATION HEALTH RISK! ⚠

Demand Accountability: Restart Wireless Radiation Research and Enforce Public Law 90-602

The United States has ignored one of its most important public health laws: Public Law 90-602, the Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968. Passed to ensure continuous oversight of radiation from electronic products, it bound the Secretary of Health and Human Services to run an active safety program, with day-to-day enforcement delegated to the FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH).

Instead, the law has been buried under corporate pressure, political neglect, and regulatory capture. The result? Americans are living in a giant, uncontrolled experiment with wireless radiation.

How the Law Was Buried

This is not “oversight.” This is dereliction of duty.

The Legal Reality: A Violation of Federal Law

Public Law 90-602 is still binding. It requires the Secretary of HHS to ensure an active electronic product radiation control program. Delegation to the FDA does not remove that responsibility. By halting wireless health research, the government is in violation of federal law.

Americans are paying the price in rising rates of cancer, neurological disease, infertility, and developmental harm—costs externalized by an industry shielded by political neglect.

Why Restarting the NTP Is Not Optional

The NTP study was already late—testing 2G and 3G while the world moved to 4G and 5G. Today, with 6G on the horizon and satellite-to-phone networks expanding, the absence of federally mandated research is reckless and unlawful.

Restarting and massively expanding the NTP’s wireless research is not just good policy—it is a legal obligation under Public Law 90-602.

What You Can Do Right Now

This is where citizens must step in. Laws mean nothing if no one enforces them. Here’s how to act:

  1. Contact the Secretary of Health and Human Services – Demand immediate resumption of wireless radiation research under Public Law 90-602.

  2. Call your Members of Congress – Tell them to hold HHS accountable for ignoring its statutory duties.

  3. Support repeal of Section 704 of the Telecommunications Act – Restore local control over wireless infrastructure siting.

  4. Push for Public Law 90-602 enforcement – This isn’t about new laws; it’s about enforcing the one we already have.

  5. Urge RFK Jr. (as incoming HHS Secretary nominee) – to enforce Public Law 90-602 as soon as he takes office, restore NTP research, and put children’s health above telecom profits.

Conclusion

The law is still on the books. The responsibilities are clear. And the violations are undeniable.

Until the Secretary of HHS and the FDA restart the National Toxicology Program’s wireless research and enforce Public Law 90-602, Americans remain unprotected—sacrificed to an unregulated experiment in the name of profit.

It’s time to demand accountability. Call your representatives. Call HHS. And don’t stop until the law is enforced and the science is restored.
