Key Challenge

- Prospective Biological Protections: Establishes a 1,500-foot minimum setback for all new macro wireless facilities from homes, schools, hospitals, and childcare sites. Existing infrastructure is fully grandfathered; emergency, public-safety, and national-defense communications are protected (Sec. 5 & 6).
