Model RFS1

The QuantaCase™ RFS1 deflects radiation by incorporating RF Safe® Radiation Shielding Technology, which uses conductive shielding fabrics in the front cover of the phone case. These fabrics are designed to reflect electromagnetic radiation, including 5G frequencies, away from the user’s body. The case features an exposed RF Safe® notch where an inexpensive Ohm meter can be used to test the conductivity of the microwave barrier between your body and device. The material is highly conductive which makes it effective in deflecting radiation away.

The idea behind this technology is that the conductive fabrics act as a barrier to the electromagnetic radiation emitted by the phone, preventing it from coming into close contact with the user’s body. This is similar to the principle behind a Faraday cage, which is a conductive enclosure that blocks electromagnetic fields. The conductive shielding fabrics in the front cover of the QuantaCase™ RFS1 create a similar barrier that reflects the radiation away from the user.

It’s important to note that the QuantaCase™ RFS1 does not block the phone signal completely, but it does deflect most of the radiation which is the more harmful part. This way the phone signal can enter and exit the back of the phone and the phone can function normally while reducing the exposure to the radiation.
