Cell Towers are showing up in places you'd never expect! "Your Children's
school, Our Church steeples, Disguised as a tree in your neighbors backyard,
or even on your apartment building roof to name a few.
The Cell Tower Debate
Cell Towers are popping up in everyone's backyard these
days. Although most of us fail to realize the dangers involved in having these
monsters looming over our neighborhoods or even strategically placed atop our
schools or churches. Again we are dealing with the issue of greed, due mostly
in part on the high demand for wireless communication. As long as the demand
for wireless service continues, so will the need for cell towers be. Do we
need to sacrifice the health of our children for the convenience of
"wireless 6.00dom"? We don't think so! You have rights concerning
the placement (Sitting) of these towers surrounding our homes, that most
Americans are unaware of! With Help from your local Government to your City
Council, there are things we can do to get involved and have a say in your
children's future. Get to know what these towers look like, chances are you
won't have to look far to find one. And don't let that funny looking tree fool
you, its actually a poorly disguised cell tower. Lets think about it, if these
carriers say there is no danger from these towers, then why would they
assemble a 180' foot tower in less than 2 hours? The way we see it the
"get in - get out" method limits exposure to the publics eye thus
creating less publicity for these unsightly menaces surrounding us! Time and
time again the stories unfold with the same dire circumstances, a child is
diagnosed with leukemia, a parent ponders the idea as to whether there are any
other children in the area diagnosed the same as her own. And with a little
investigation, she discovers multiply cases of leukemia and cancer in the
surrounding area. And all within a mile of one of these cellular towers or a
power substations. Coincidence?, we don't think so. Please learn the facts on
cellular towers and what you can do to prevent them from becoming a part of
your backyard and affecting your family's way of life!
