I ordered the Gold package. The products shipped quickly and only took a few days to arrive. I was kept informed via e-mail consistently during the process. The shield and wire guard are very simple, but effective. The headset is outstanding! Love the design. Very adjustable, sturdy, high quality materials and hugs the ear snuggly. I was very skeptical of the “air tube” technology, but wow, the audio quality is great!! I have carried on several conversations and have received no complaints from the other participants so the microphone must also work well. I have purchased and returned MANY headsets! After using this headset, I have purchased a second Gold package for my wife. Great Product! Very impressive! |
