Dear Senator James King,

Florida Governor Jeb Bush suggested that I contact you to help me within a federal government jurisdiction. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) policy on media interviews and press release tactics must follow guidelines that support the American publics best interest! When a product is marketed to provide a consumer protection from a potential health hazard the FTC should never downplay risk when justifying litigation to Media. When an advertised public safe guard is removed from the retail market the FTC should always provide legitimate alternatives that meet or exceed advertised claims when technically possible!

It took five years longer than it should have, but the FTC is applauded for bringing an end to companies that mislead American consumers on cell phone radiation protection. However, their intention seems directed at diluting concerns over health risk, which they are NOT qualified to do!

The FTC appears to have adopted the position taken by the CTIA on health risk, as a result of pressure by CTIA who does not want to see any health issues implicating cell phone use. I have felt the CTIA’s abuse of legal power first hand so I know they can be persuasive.

This is one case:
On February 04, 2002 10:08 AM,
I received an e-mail from Michael F. Altschul the Senior Vice President &
General Counsel for CTIA Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association
stating “CTIA will pursue its legal remedies to enjoin RF Safe from knowingly
and deliberately misrepresenting CTIA's position”. He made it clear I had five business days from the date of his letter to remove what they considered to be a false and misleading statement. I complied with their demands before the deadline they provided me. This was my statement I had posted online:“After years of dedicated research “RF Safe” is finally being recognized for setting the safest cell phone standards in the world! It’s a true statement that the terminology “RF Safe” does stand for only the highest levels of rf safety and we teach more and more people everyday how to be RF Safe.

I ask that you please review the below letter I sent to Mr. Bush and his reply. I hope we discuss how we can make the FTC work for the people of America and not against them by protecting an industry association that should be charged for racketeering. I have been told that a member of the CTIA will have me killed if I tried to sell their directional antennas as a “safer” antenna. I will testify under oath and take a lie detector test to prove the threat on my life came from someone involved with the CTIA. This does not scare me anymore than I suppose Daniel was in the lion’s den and my mission of rf safety has continued. But, this is why my staff will not let me go to NY and picket the FTC. However fighting the media exposure granted to the FTC is another story and their misleading statements are putting Americans in GRAVE danger! The truth must be heard! The Fox is watching the hen house! Don’t let our Government get pulled into an industrial profit scam. It must be stopped before it’s to late. I know how to protect the public from wireless radiation and I know the truth behind the health hazards it inflicts on our children. PLEASE help me help the American people!

Dear Mr. Bush,

I am writing you because the FTC has made over generalized statements to
national media that threatens to destroy my credibility and my ability to
reform the safety of wireless products. If the FTC destroys my reputation
for protecting the public, they destroy 3 things the world needs badly!

My websites are my will for living; something that could have been
prevented wasn't and I lost my baby because of RF radiation exposure in
1995. I'm a small Clearwater Florida organization with big intentions of
making the world a safer place for our children! I have already been
responsible for inventing an antenna design that makes a cell phone
hearing aid compatible and a thousand times safer to use. In July the FCC found that alternative (RF Safe) antenna technologies currently exists for HAC compliance, and ruled that mobile phone manufactures must control cell phone radiation directed to the head of a hearing aid user by 2008.


While our achievements have been great, our survival is not so certain!
Following the FTC's obscured statements on Aug 6 with regards to cell
phone radiation protection, I lost a possible deal with Pep Boy's 603 stores to offer my cell phone safety accessories. This in itself could have been overcome, but that has proved to be the least of my worries! My 911 Tribute Directory and manufacturing of cell phone safety accessories are dependent on sales placed online. Since the FTC's statements to Press my sales have dropped 98% and I get several emails a day questioning my integrity.


This puts hundreds of millions of cell phone users in danger, and my
distributors out of the RF Safety business altogether. EMF/RF Exposure is
a very important environmental issue often overlook for those more
tangible.

I have contacted the FTC to no avail! I need help! Rebuilding the work
force of America starts with small companies with the chance to become
leaders in their industry, which rfsafe.com can become! I need the FTC to publicly clarify their statements to media, to include that viable options do exist to reduce cell phone radiation exposure!

reply. The Governor is sorry to learn about this situation.

As you may know the federal government oversees the Federal Trade
Commission (FTC) and Governor Bush has very limited authority to
intervene. Your best source of assistance is your United States
Congressional Delegation. You can find contact information for your United
