Accessories must be returned within 30 days of original purchase and must be sent back with all original packaging and copy of invoice. We must receive a email (rfsafe2005@yahoo.com) with customers name, address, phone number & reason for return. RFSAFE will reply with our return shipping address & RMA number that must be written on the outside of the returned package. Once, we receive the returned item. We will inspect the item and credit your account minus a $2.00 re-stocking fee per item. you will also be charged for missing packaging and any other items that are damaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless approved by management for reimbursement. If the item is lost when you ship it to us, you are responsible for it. We advise you to track the package.
