Psychologist Kerry Crofton and nurse educator Karen Ledger will offer detailed information on the health effects of the electromagnetic radiation that fills homes and offices: cell phones, portable cordless phones, computers, TVs and everything that is plugged in.
"
The electromagnetic frequencies emitted have been shown to damage human cells and organs -- particularly the brain, cause breakage of the DNA, and weaken the biofield, or the life force energy of the body," says Crofton. She explains studies have shown there are risks that the radiation plume emanating from a cell phone antenna can cause cancer and other health problems.
"We are all at risk, however, children and young people are most at risk," she said.
Crofton added that they will also discuss European-developed technology that has been shown effective in protecting the body from this radiation, by neutralizing its harmful effects.
